Price one operation on an issued train booking. operationType is change_datetime or change_itinerary (a fareId streamed by POST .../change-fares and the legIds it was searched for, from a search of the same operationType), remove_legs (the legIds to drop, every leg of each group removableLegIds lists on GET .../operations, leaving at least one leg; the quote reports totalPaid, amountWithheld and refundAmount), remove_passengers (the travelerIds to drop, none of them in lockedTravelers, leaving at least one traveler) or change_travellers (unique currentTravelerId to newTravelerId pairs, each replacement a colleague with a date of birth who is not on the booking), or cancellation. Pass estimatedTotalAmount from the response verbatim to POST .../operations.
A change quote reports 409 INSUFFICIENT_CREDIT_LINE when the company credit line cannot cover the new total.
The Idempotency-Key header is required.
