Return the estimated cost for cancelling a confirmed booking. Pass estimatedTotalAmount or, for trains, cancellationFee to the subsequent POST /v1/{vertical}/bookings/{id}/cancel call so the cancellation cost can be verified. Train responses also include totalPaid and refundAmount.
Supported verticals: flights, stays, cars, trains. Other verticals return 503.
For trains this route is deprecated: use POST /v1/trains/bookings/{id}/operation-quotes and .../operations with operationType: cancellation. Behaviour is unchanged.
The Idempotency-Key header is required.
