Return one wallet's name, level, status, balance, settled date, and billing-address nominee. Balance is the wallet's total available balance; sub-wallet categories are never exposed. wallet_id is the Mercury UUID from GET /v1/wallets. A refused capability or entitlement read is 403. A provider 403 or 404 on the wallet read is 404, so wallet existence is not leaked.
