Return one cursor page of the authenticated traveler's wallets. Company wallets come before personal wallets. Each side is fetched only when the matching wallet-view capability is true. A provider 403 on one side omits that side rather than failing the whole response. A wallet the provider returns in an unusable shape is skipped and logged. Sub-wallet categories are never exposed; balance is the wallet's total available balance. Wallet id values are stable Mercury UUIDs. Send meta.nextCursor back as cursor; the last page has nextCursor null.
