Create a person in the caller's own account who can be put on a booking but has no login and receives no invitation. Use the returned id as newTravelerId when replacing a traveler. firstName, lastName and dateOfBirth are required. Pass the train bookingId the person is for: a carnet booking only accepts people already in the directory and answers 422 COLLEAGUE_CREATION_UNAVAILABLE.
The create is not idempotent upstream and is never retried by Mercury: after a timeout, check GET /v1/profile/colleagues before creating the person again.
