List a page of bookings for authenticated account

Return an offset-paginated page of bookings for the authenticated account. The same filters as GET /v1/bookings apply, including self-scoped createdByMe and travelingOnly (no client user id). Results are served from Mercury's booking mirror with no per-request upstream fetch. meta.totalCount is the mirror count — not a live upstream total. A booking made outside Mercury appears once the mirror receives it (change feed, or the hourly background sync at the latest).
