Return the options of the caller's delivered quote. Each stay option carries the exact offer it was priced as, the property's content in the shape of GET /v1/stays/properties/{propertyId}, its exact rate priced again at read time (available with the current price and priceChanged, sold_out, or unavailable when it could not be priced just now), and a handle that opens the rate preselected in the stay rate step.

An option that cannot be priced degrades only its own pricing; the read still succeeds. Only the quote's requester can read it: any other caller, a task that is not a quote request, and a quote not yet delivered return 404.
