Return the freshness markers for the authenticated traveller's background booking mirror re-sync. Two throttles gate the re-sync, each exposed as a raw marker plus a derived next-eligible instant: the hourly success throttle (lastSyncedAt and nextEligibleAt = lastSyncedAt + the re-sync interval) and the shorter attempt cooldown that follows any attempt (lastAttemptedAt and retryEligibleAt = lastAttemptedAt + the retry cooldown). All are null when the mirror has never been attempted. The effective instant at which the next re-sync can run is the later of nextEligibleAt and retryEligibleAt. This is a pure, per-user status read of a single indexed row: it makes no provider call and does not itself schedule a re-sync (the bookings and trips list reads do that). A client polls it after an explicit refresh to tell a settled refresh (lastSyncedAt advanced past the refresh instant) from a throttled or failed one (lastAttemptedAt advanced but lastSyncedAt unchanged), and to render how long until the next update. All instants describe the background list-pull re-sync cadence, not the revoke-only CDC stream.
