Return a booking by its ID. Refreshed from the provider. A booking you booked falls back to its local cached snapshot on outage; a booking you only travel on does not: it returns 503 when the provider is temporarily unavailable and 404 when the provider denies your access. 404 if not found; 503 if no local row.
