Return the authenticated traveler's active saved personal cards. Ownership is taken only from the bearer token; checkout context (vertical, fareId, bookingId) is not accepted.
Each item uses the existing payment-method summary shape. Provider tokens, vault payloads, PAN, and CVV are never returned.
