Retrieve one property's static content — name, address, amenities, localized description, policies, mandatory fees, check-in/out times, check-in instructions, key-collection info, contact details, and timezone when available — independent of any search session or travel dates.
propertyId accepts the Mercury UUID already returned by POST /v1/stays/search and streamed catalog-item frames.
Does not return live price or availability; use POST /v1/stays/fares for that.
An unknown, malformed, or inactive property id returns 404 RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.
